This is my gallery, Ten Talents Gallery and Gifts. It is located within the Old Firehouse Emporium, 214 N. 3rd St., Greenville, IL. We feature handmade gifts and items from approximately 17 different artists and artisans, including pottery, fiber, jewelry, gourds and fine art. Right now we are featuring artist Lynn Reznick of Vandalia. She creates watercolor landscapes from the beauty of southern Illinois. We also have Kathy Kamm pottery, fiber by Kalene Zerkel and woodwork by Thom Pabst.

Here's a still life. I enjoy doing them. I call it a portrait because it has the same feel to me.

"Rwandan"

A friend brought me a photo of an elderly man from Rwanda. She said that there are very few elderly people in Rwanda because of the AIDS crisis. I loved the expression he had, so I used it as the basis for this painting.
