These fun "GREEN" wallets are made from old plastic shopping bags. Lovingly created here in Greenville, they sell at Ten Talents for only $15.00. We are proud to now have a small line of "Earthentic" products made from recycled materials. Stop by and take a look.

Wonderful large blue bowl and platter by Kathy Kamm of Highland, IL. Hand made pottery that warms you just to look at it. We have blues and greens. This would make a really nice Christmas gift. I am thinking of buying it myself!
Another portrait, one of my favorites! Things are hoppin' here in portrait world.

Handmade by Tim Leidel, this turquoise necklace and earring set is sure to be a hit. Made with chunky turquoise and copper clasp this necklace is approx. 22 inches long. The earrings are a bit more delicate but the color matches perfectly.
Created by Tim Leidel of Greenville, this turquoise necklace measures 25" in length. It has matching earrings. Both have copper accents and clasps.

My husband just surprized me with this little yellow bug. WOW. What fun. I park it in front of the shop as advertising... at least for a little while each day.
These lovely handwoven coverlets are 100% cotton and were created in the same way your grandmother would have done it. Carolyn Hart makes authentic historic reproductions and they are offered here at a fraction of the price they should bring.
These colorful scarves are handwoven of Tencel which is a silky fiber that holds a vibrant color. The blue on on the far left is about 80 inches long and about 4 inches wide. Would go great with denim, or dress up a black coat. Craig Hart lives in Vandalia and does all kinds of things with silk. I'll show you more later.

Lovely curved wood wine bottle holder. This piece of curved wood created by Thom Pabst of Greenville, will tilt your wine bottle gently forward to hold it in just the right position. Hand made from a variety of woods. Price is $26.00, free shipping. Wine not included!
Fun ceramic bowl by Rebecca Klitzke of Mulberry Grove, IL. Rebecca makes mugs, sculpture, bowls and more with unique expressions and lovely forms. This bowl is 3.5 x 6 inches and runs $45.00 plus shipping.
This beautiful gourd is not only a work of art, but is musical as well! Reminiscent of primitive instruments, it makes a wonderful rattle sound when you shake it! It stands 9.5 inches tall and the price is $62.00 plus shipping. Created by Sandi Sweeney of Highland, IL.
This wool fiber, felted bowl with lid was created by Kalene Zerkel. She raises her own sheep and then spins and felts, weaves and knits. I think the color is off in this photo, it is brighter greens and golds, but isn't it great? It is 3.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide and sells for $40.00 plus shipping.
Artist Sandi Sweeney has created a family of cats that will charm your socks off. We start with a hand painted silk greeting card ($5.00) add a pair of earrings ($9.00) and end with a pin ($9.00). (plus shipping, of course!)
A graceful "abstract" bead necklace created by Karen File of Greenville. Price is $35.00 plus shipping.
This "watch" clock is made from walnut and other lighter woods. Created by Thom Pabst in his Greenville workshop, it hangs 21" and the clock face is 4" in diameter. Perfect for a den or office. The wrist bands can also fold back so that it can sit on a desk or table. Price is $65.00 plus shipping. A great Father's Day gift!
This was really fun, I took the wool fiber, dyed it in my microwave (the one I have that is only used for dying, not food) then pulled the fiber out into "pencil roving," spun it into yarn on a drop spindle, then knit it up, just to see what it would look like. I think I'll make some hand warmer mits since there isn't really very much yarn and it's really cold in this old building! Click on the picture to see a larger version of the steps.
We now have hand painted silk scarves and men's neckties! They are truly beautiful, and so much fun to make.
